Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your SaffaThreads account and its associated Facebook or Google sign-in information.

1. Sign in to the SaffaThreads account you want deleted.
2. Open the welcome thread, use its Report action, and enter “Account data deletion request” followed by your username. Reports are private to administrators. Do not include passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information.
3. The team will review your authenticated request and arrange deletion of the account, linked provider ID, email address and associated account data. This is a manual process, not instant deletion.

You can delete your own posts from their detail view before requesting account deletion. Removing SaffaThreads from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings revokes Facebook access but does not by itself delete your SaffaThreads account.

If you cannot sign in, use the existing username/password option or the same provider used to register. Do not post private account-recovery information publicly.
